The church gives all the needed attention to its children and so it decided to build a hospital in the church. The hospital is established on a high level. Patmas' org. in Finland has contributed to this establishment. Pope Shenouda III has opened this hospital on the 14th of April 1994.

The hospital consists of


1) The Out-patient department:

This department includes clinics for pediatricts , ophthamology, Dental , X-rays, ultra -sonic scanning, physiotherapy and laboratory along with the developed diagnosis devices.


2) The in- patient dep.:

This department includes first and second classroom, operation rooms which are very well-equipped to meet all the surgeries, including the bones, ears, eyes, deliveries and the like.

The hospital gives special attention to the poor who are counted more than 500 families where they are treated very carefully and for free.

The hospital also provides all the services to people who are able to pay yet still with not so high prices under the consultation of specialists.

The hospital functions 24 hours a day all the week.
